How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are shipped within 2-4 days, and you’ll receive tracking information via Australia Post. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.50.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! Local pickup is available for free. We also offer local delivery for a $5 fee to select areas.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. Keep an eye out for future updates as we grow!

Are your treats safe for all dogs?
Our treats are designed for dogs of all sizes, but as with any new food, we recommend introducing them gradually to avoid digestive upset. Always supervise your dog when enjoying a treat.

Do your treats contain any preservatives or additives?
No! All of our treats are 100% natural with no added preservatives, chemicals, or artificial flavors. We believe in keeping things simple and healthy for your pup.

Where do you source your products?
All of our meat, seafood, and poultry are sourced from the renowned Prahran Market, ensuring the highest quality for your dog’s treats.

Can I customise my order?
At this time, we do not offer custom orders, but we offer a variety of treats to suit different preferences and dietary needs. Feel free to reach out if you have specific questions!

What if my order is damaged or I have an issue with my purchase?
We want you and your pup to be happy with every order! If your treats arrive damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll make it right.
